SPL REPAIR WKS OF RD FROM RAILWAY GATE TO MAIN GATE OF 49 COY ASC (SUP) AT BARRACKPORE UNDER GE BARRACKPORE

Repair to potholes of any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust, mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering well ramming (including supply of road metal) making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose, dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 on old bituminous carpet surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3(50 to 20 mm size) granite trap or basalt, spread rolled & consolidated to gradient and camber required using vibratory power roller exceeding 8 tonnes but not exceeding 12 tones capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags unsurfaced water black top bound macadam to remove all loose dirt etc. paving bitumen, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi asphaltic dense concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder content (paving bitumen VG 10 grade) by weight of total mix, mixed in vertical computrized hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content 4% (Paving Bitumen) by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes. arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.
