E-TENDER FOR PROVIDING MAINTENANCE OF SPLIT AC UNITS IN VARIOUS TELEPHONE EXCHANGE BUILDINGS IN THIRUVANANTHAPURAM BA

Providing maintenance and servicing( Cleaning of indoor unit filters & outdoor coil fins with water) of inverter/ordinary split AC units as per BSNL standard and specification by deploying the required specialized & skilled manpower including Sundays & all other holidays by arranging the required minor spare parts such as starting/running capacitors, connectors etc for up keeping AC units in operation at various TEs etc complete as per the site requirement .

Supplying and filling the R-22/R-410 refrigerant gas for 1.5 TR SAC unit (including pressure testing and vaccumisation if required as per the condition).Approx 1.2 kg per unit

Rewinding of the fauty out door fan motor from the SAC units including dismantling, re-fixing after rewinding ,checking etc as required

Shifting and installation of ACs to other exchange

Supplying and fixing following spares compatible for the existing makes of SAC unit i/c checking the items and replacing the faulty one making necessary connections testing and commissioning etc as reqd

Indoor fan motor (as per the AC manufacturer)

PCB unit (for ordinary type SAC unit (LG/Amtrex or SS make )

PCB unit (for inverter type SAC unit M/s Voltas)

Out door fan motor (LG/Amtrex/Voltas or SS make)
