PART-I:- Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on stone surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC, all as specified. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on fair faces of RCC concrete surfaces and including applying cement slurry in bottom of slab, chajjas, fin, facias, ceiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surface of wall over a coat of primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint on external wall surfaces, all as specified and as directed.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered or un plastered, previously undecorated ceiling surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete, all as specified.

Glazed coloured tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floors, 50mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars complete all as specified.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

Rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete, all as specified.

Reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1, (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, all as specified. Note : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately

Providing precast reinforced cement concrete M-15, type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) but in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves, pre cast deck slab and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified.

TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, all as specified.

Rolled mild steel joist channel, angle or tee section fixed independantly without connection plate etc. conforming to grade Fe.410-0.Gde-E-250 quality A, steel work ,all as specified.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall of bore 110mm including fixing adjustable clamps complete, complete, including taking up or down old pipe, all as specified.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead, all as specified.

150mm dia Cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast. Class A, in any length, laid in trenches/walls, complete all as specified and directed.

150mm dia bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cms deep and averaging 15cms deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Repairing/treatment of all cracks, joints and honey combs with polymer modified fiber reinforced mortar as per methodology specified by the manufacturer. Average depth of honey comb repairing 20-25mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/ beams/ columns/ balconies etc. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 mtrs ect complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cementitious Coating - Floor (Horizontal/Vertical Area) : Prime the area with slurry by mixing one part of acrylic polymer with two parts of neat cement i.e. in the ratio 0.5 Kg acrylic polymers and 1 Kg cement. Apply two component cementitious elastomeric polymers base water proof coating on clean and dampen surface with stiff fibre brush. Apply first coat @ 1.25 Kg per sqm per coat in one direction. Apply second coat when the first coat is touch dry @ 1.25 Kg per Sqm per coat in perpendicular direction to first coat direction. Allow to dry for 24 hr before moist curing. Do not apply water through a hose or pressurized nozzle. Protection screed 25mm thick M-15 Grade screed adding of integral water proofing liquid 200ML per 50 Kg of cement PCC to protect the treated surface on all horizontal surface. Work should be process with guideline methodology complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Epoxy Coating (Approved by CFTRI) PRIMER : Apply two component penetrative epoxy based primer @ 160 gms per Sqm on cured surface. Note the moisture should not be more than 5%. EPOXY COATING : Apply food grade epoxy coating tested by CFTRI @ 500 Gms per Sqm in two coats. Apply two coats at right angles to each other. This way the second coat will cover any blemishes of the first coat. Allow first coat to become tack free before the second coat is applied. Work should be process with guideline as per methodology complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for polyurethane top coating (approved by CFTRI) PRIMER: Apply two component penetrative polyurethane top coating @ 160 gms per sqm on cured surface. Note: The moisture should not be more than 5% PU COATING : Apply two component, liquid aliphatic polyurethane based UV and weather resistant coating approved by CFTRI @ 300 gms per sqm in two coats. Apply two coat at right angles to each other. This way the second will be cover any blemishes of the first coat. Allow first coat to become tack free before the second coat is applied work should be process with guideline as per methodology complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.
