Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally clean the surface with air compressor to remove loose dirts etc. all as specified.

M&L applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq.m using paving bitumen VG 30.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen VG-30 any penetration content @ 4% by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 tonne power vibrator roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (any consolidated thickness) including preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags finally clean the surface with air compressor to remove loose dirts etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen grade VG-30) @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. The marker shall support a lead 13635 kg, tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280.
