Providing and laying bituminous concrete (BC-30mm) with 100-120 TPH batch type TPH producing an average output of 75 Tonnes per hour using crust aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 to 5.60 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydro static pavour finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingement, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification Clause No. 509 complete in all respects (509) including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (By Manual Means)
Construction of un-reinforced,dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.
Providing and laying of 80mm thick Precast cement concrete rouber moulded interlocking paver block with toplayer of minimum 80mm thickness of O.P.cement, Smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression machanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30MPA (M-30) and weight 5kg per no confirming to IS; 15658-2006 filling joints with local sand over G.S.B. and also including cost of all labour, material but excluding cost of G.S.B. and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc.complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.
