FDR - Stablized Base/Sub-base @ 4.50 % cement :-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of existing granular material adding Cement @ 4.5 percent by weight of granular material and admixture @ 2% by weight of Cement using truck mounted / self propelled cement spreader shall have variable working width with microprocessor, controlled spray rate through augers and cellular wheels. The aggregate shall be in situ pulverized/stabilize using four wheeled drive recycler having working depth up to 50 cm with variable depth control system. Compacting with vibratory roller to achieve design unconfined compressive strength.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base (Grade-I) by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 complete as per Technical Specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding G.S.T

Crack Prevention Courses Stress absorbing membrane (SAM) crack width above 9 mm and cracked area above 50 percent Providing and laying of single coat of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width above 9 mm and cracked area above 50 percent after cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with IRC:SP 53, sprayed at the rate of 15 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 11.2 mm crushed stone aggregate @ 0.12 cum per 10 sqm, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to clause 902.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with SS1 Grade Bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor @ 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom complete as per Technical Specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding G.S.T

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (BC-30mm) with 100-120 TPH batch type TPH producing an average output of 75 Tonnes per hour using crust aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 to 5.60 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydro static pavour finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingement, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification Clause No. 509 complete in all respects (509) including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (By Manual Means)

Construction of un-reinforced,dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing including all material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc. complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and laying of 80mm thick Precast cement concrete rouber moulded interlocking paver block with toplayer of minimum 80mm thickness of O.P.cement, Smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression machanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30MPA (M-30) and weight 5kg per no confirming to IS; 15658-2006 filling joints with local sand over G.S.B. and also including cost of all labour, material but excluding cost of G.S.B. and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including material, labour, cess, T&P, machinery, and all taxes etc.complete direction by E-I/c but excluding G.S.T.

Excavation for Structures; Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. Ordinary soil (Depth upto 3Mt)

PCC 1:3:6 in foundation; Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.
