SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (STEEL FURNITURE)

ALMIRAH MED STEEL WITH SHELVES

Overall size shall be 760mm long, 440mm wide and 1270mm high. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channels base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be upto full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to shutters. A three-way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Each leaf of front shutter shall be hinged with two numbers butt hinges 75mm long and shutters shall be side hung. All joints and welding, fixing shall be done with standard workmanship. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be treated with one coat of red oxide primer and powder coated of approved colour by Engr-in-Charge include preparation of surface. ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL ½H×½S

Overall size of almirah large steel is 1900mm high, 910mm wide and 490mm deep. The MS sheet used for making sides, front, drawers, partitions, base and shelves of the almirah shall be of 20 gauge except the back which shall be of 22 gauge. Three shelves shall be fixed at an equidistant positions as shown in drg.The locker of the almirah shall be provided with safety handle and lock. The front two doors of the almirah shall be fixed with 75mm long hinges three on each side with proper rivet and welding. The weight of the Almirah shall not be less than 70 kgs. The shelves shall be welded to sides and back of almirah internally as shown on drg. One chromium plated rod of 20mm dia shall be fixed at 75mm below the top for hanging purpose. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be treated with one coat of red oxide primer and powder coated of approved colour by Engr-in-Charge include preparation of surface. RACK SHOES STEEL

Overall size of shoes rack steel MAP shall be 880mm×750mm×300mm. The frame shall be made out of 25mm dia MS pipe of 18 gauge. A 25mm dia and 750mm length pipe shall be provided between at bottom of two legs at 50mm from the ground. The frame would be divide into four parts by the 3 Nos of MS net made out of 03 Nos Long MS rod and 09 Nos short rod at equidistance. All 03 Nos of MS net shall be equidistance at 175mm from bottom. All frame shall be treated with one coat of red oxide primer and powder coated of approved colour by Engr-in-Charge include preparation of surface. Rest all as per drg. LADDER ALUMINIUM

Overall size shall be of 2310mm long and 363.5mm wide. The ladder shall be of Aluminium having wall thickness 3.18mm two aluminium stringers 60mm×31.75mm shall be in equal distance of 300mm. Each rung shall be of 23mm dia aluminium pipe with wall thickness not less than 2.43mm and shall be eight in nos at equidistant space after leaving 150mm on top and 150mm at bottom as shown in drgs. The stringer of ladder shall be 31.75mm wide and 3.18mm thick. Each alumnium pipe rung of 23 mm dia shall be fitted inside the stringer with end bend to shape and each rung on both sides shall be provided with hard rubber cap. Hard rubber caps/shoes shall be fixed at the ends of aluminium rungs and stringers as shown on drawing with screws. Rest all as shown on drawing. Make:- Godrej/Durian/Featherlite/Usha Shriram

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Wooden FURNITURE)

BIN SOILED LINEN MULTIPURPOSE

The overall size of the bin linen multipurpose is 1200mm long x 450mm wide x 750mm high. The sides, partitions, shelves, drawers of the bin linen shall be made up of 18mm thick prelaminated exterior grade MDF board. The back of the bin linen shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The three equal shutters shall be provided with magnetic catchers. All fittings and fixtures shall be done as per drg.The base shall be provided at an height of 75mm from ground and shall be of hardwood sheesham with four nos of 25mmx25mm stiffeners placed at equidistant positions.
