Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items . (ii) The unit rate quoted under this item is deemed to be inclusive of charges for non destructive integrity test.

RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 as per IS 456 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cast in pile cap, grade beam/tie beam/under reamed pile complete all as specified and shown on drg. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for grade beam/tie beams and pile caps of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia as in stirups for pile caps and gared beams including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia conforrming to IS - 1786 as in Helical for piles cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with 0.90 m dia MS annealed wire or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia as in Ring/Stiffener for piles all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.
