Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make Acrocem/Snowcem and equivalent)

M&L for PCC type B-2, 1:2:4, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for random rubble walling, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) of any section, embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc including taking out embedded portion & making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & ramming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F, Hand rails ,half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire ,etc.flat iron fillets(for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm and over dia and cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F, galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, including taking down of old existing barbed wire (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint to old painted steel surfaces of any description over 30 cm Sqm widthror girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified, and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2 :4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the likeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
