Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and waterng and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Boulder filling under floor/ behind retaining wall as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- foundation and plinth in all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks 60mm thick vibro completed up to M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block gray or colored over sub-base of concrete with 25 mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 Sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c/ curing rubbing & polishing complete in all leads and lift as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using Modular Bricks 1st class building bricks in supper structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) including curing complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick /stone /concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level I/c arrises, internal rounded angles, chambers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar1:4 (1 cement :4 sand)

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
