Supply of submersible pumping set of KSB/Kirloskar/Kilburn/Clama/Crompton/ make conforming to BIS; 8034-1976 latest suitable for lifting clear water (latest with uptodate ammendments) fitted with bronze impellers/suitable alloy directly coupled to squirrell case electric induction motor of same make as (manufacurer standard) conforming to BIS; 9283-1979 (latest with uptodate ammendments) and totally water proof for submersible duty, isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber, grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor including water level guard,errection clamps,cable clips & depth gauge etc. The pump shall be suitable for operation on data given below:- (15.00 HPx 2 Set=30.00 HP)

Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fully Automatic LT Panel for submersible pump made out of 16 Gauge sheet powder coated dust and veremin proof wall mounted and front opering door type switch board with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate 2 nos. pump of rating 15 HP automatically through Variable Frequency Drive Starter. Starter should be capable to handle all the faults like short circuit, over current, under current, over voltage, under voltage, dry pump protection. It should get on and off command automatically from PLC and HMI. Monitoring and controlling of Pump running and tripping status should be monitored and controlled remotely through IOT enabled device. Energy Saving Variable Frequency Starter of 15 HP Heavy Duty for smooth start and smooth stop of pumps and for the energy conservation in the system. It Should be capable to monitor & control the frequecy of pumps through out the operation and to maintain the power factor of the system within acceptable limits. should be able to withstand ambient temperature upto 50 Degrees celcius without derating and have conformal coating class 3C2, so that it can work in any harsh environment like moisture of reputed make.

Providing and Supply of Kirloskar/ Kilburn/Leader make Cast iron double flanged swing check type reflux valve class PN 1.6 having bye pass arrangement ( to be provided on delivery side) of size of one size higher than the delivery size of pump and shall be suitable for withstanding nominal seat presure of 16.32 Kg/Cm2 as per BIS 5312-1984 Part-II. (The size & class of valve shall be specified by the tender).

Providing & laying PVC insulated jointless, flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/Finolex/ Grandlay/ Gloster make conforming to BIS:1554 (Part I) -1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered(one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment /accessories such as thimbles ,flexible pipe, solder, nuts & bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

On supply side of 3½ core coper cable 6.00 mm^2 ( From HPSEB Meter to Switch & Starter).

On motor side 3 core flat joint less copper cable of size 4.0 mm^2 ( From Switch & Starter to Motor) pump installed in the bore

Supply of standarad make 100mm dia circular/square dial pressure gauge of suitable range Fiebeg/Bourden/ Precision make with all accessories such as stop cock,copper tubing etc. conforming to BIS 3624-1987 latest with up to date ammendments.

P/L G.I./MSERW pipe considering site requirements and having appropriate size in accordance with the delivery size of pumping set . The pipe shall conform to relevant BIS codes & capable of with standing the feild test pressure equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure including all type of fittings such as bends, tapers/ reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mmthick, nuts & bolts and any other fitting required at site and work shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The pipe material shall conform to relevant BIS Code and capable of with standing FTP equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure the complete arrangement shall compromise of (Coloumn assembly (size to be specified by the tender)

Providing and lying double loop earthing with coper plate 600x600 x3 thick electrode and copper strip of 25x3 complete including providing of material such as charcoal, common salt, Gl pipes, thimbles, nuts & bolts, digging of pits, Copper /Gl wire/ Strips of required capacity conforming to BIS 8034-|978 latest with upto date amendments for above motor & other electriacl equipments including all civil works.

Errection of all equipments including cost of tees, bends tapers & any other fittings required as per site conditions & as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
