Taking down carefully from roof of building and opening of solar collector including dismantling complete and washing and cleaning complete with acid and refixing the same as specified.

Rubber flange of 25 mm including nut bolts and screw as required at site fixed in repair complete, all as specified directed by Eng-In-Charge .

Taking down damaged collector carefully from roof of building and transporting to civil repairing shop for reparing, supply and fixing of broken foil sheet, solar collector, copper pipe, fins , absorber material, collector box, tubes, absorber flanges, reflective foil, CPCV pipes, insulation complete etc , including gas welding/breazing and complete testing complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MS hot water tank 500 LPD 2.5mm thick marine grade coating 50mm puf insulated with SS Heat Exchanger , provn of of 3KW Electric connection with out shell be made of PPGI 0.45mm thick sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS hot water tank 300 LPD 2.5mm thick marine grade coating 50mm puf insulated with SS Heat Exchanger , provn of of 3KW Electric connection with out shell be made of PPGI 0.45mm thick sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Lagging over 15mm bore GI tubing to avoid heat losses by wrapping all around 25mm thick layer of bonded mineral wool/rock wool of density preformed 'SNAP ON' pipe sections of density 48 Kg per cubic metre conforming to IS 9842 duly covered all around with 24 gauge aluminium foil all as specified.

Repair to existing angle iron tank stand by welding and shifting to other location, properly grouting in PCC M-15, type B-I using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with necessary excavation and earth work including preparing surfaces of stand and applying two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer to desired shade as approved by Eng-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Opening dismantling and taking down of hot water tank of 300 LPD for repair to damaged hot water tank with Argon welding complete testing including replacement of PUF glass wool of damaged parts, cutting breaking, welding, breezing of new sheet of suitable size of tank and ensuring the testing in accordance with IS coded IS-12976, complete all as specified.

Opening dismantling and taking down of hot water tank of 200 LPD for repair to damaged hot water tank with Argon welding complete testing including replacement of PUF glass wool of damaged parts, cutting breaking, welding, breezing of new sheet of suitable size of tank and ensuring the testing in accordance with IS coded IS-12976, complete all as specified.

Opening dismantling and taking down of hot water tank of 100 LPD for repair to damaged hot water tank with Argon welding complete testing including replacement of PUF glass wool of damaged parts, cutting breaking, welding, breezing of new sheet of suitable size of tank and ensuring the testing in accordance with IS coded IS-12976, complete all as specified.
