Plastering in CM(1:5) 20 mm thick using best river sand including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Flooring with Double charged (with double layer pigment) / multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sq.m & joints with spacer joints with 3 mm wide jointed neatly with filer material of cement/epoxy grout/white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade as directed during execution, including cost and conveyance of all materials, etc., complete - for finished item of work.-(Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Flooring with Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm and thickness between 7-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs (as per manufacture specification), set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including white cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.30 kgs per sq.m. jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials like flooring slab, cement, sand and water etc., complete, for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Finishing the sides of walls with Ist quality glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 300 x 450 mm / 320 mm x 400 mm and thickness 6 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs of approved colour and brands including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of C.M.(1:3), 12 mm thick & Cement slurry of 33 Kg /10 sq.m shall be used for fixing bed tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete (No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls). (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

"Providing and fixing factory made uPVC any colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent . Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted. But no extra payment on this account shall be made."

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Gr-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of size 45x75 MM with encapsulation of 8MM rigid layer on all the six surfaces. The door frame will have a rebat of 32MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x50 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. A minimum of 4 No.s of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2no.s for horizontal member.

Providing and fixing 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750 kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. Minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame.
