Taking down of transformers of capacity from 2/4pole structure or from PCC plateform with due care after disconnecting all HT/LT connections on pole mounted structures, Transportation of transformer from PCC/ 2 or 4 pole structure to any other required location in Roorkee cantt lowering and remounting it on 2/4pole structure or PCC plateform with due care by through crane and reconnection in new location including earthing connection and as directed and specified by engineer in charge for the following capaity of Transformer :-

Dehydration/ filtration of transformer oil of existing transformer installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 50 KV during filling after initial filtration including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at site NOTE :- (i) All arrengement of DG set of suitable capacity of electric supply for running of dehydration plant, T&P and other items required will be arranged by contractor and deem to be included in the cost of dehydration/filtration and nothing extra on this account will be admissiable. Any damage after filtration shall be solely responsible of Contractor & same shall be repaired without any additional cost. (ii) Dehydration report will be submitted by the contractor. (ii) the case the result is not desirable payment will not made to the contracor
Supplying, filling dehydration and filtration of new transformer oil for toping up/replacement of transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV(rms) with gap of 2.5 mm all as conforming to IS 335 of 1993 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for replacement of worn out bushing rod made out of brass with heavy duty three nuts and three washer at both ends suitable for HT side all as per IS 3347-5-2 (1979) shape, dia and length suitable for following capacity transformers :-

M&L earthing including testing on completioncomplete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level and covered surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers upto 15cm above top of plate and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber (chamber size not less than 300x300x300mm interier diamentions), 50 mm thick cover RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and 50x50x5 ISA MS frame etc, complete all as specified. NOTE: (i) The unit rate includes earth strip and new GI protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point. (ii) If test result are not satisfactory that is not less than 5 ohm, the entire earthing shall be re done without any extra cost
All as per Item No 20 above but Copper electrode 600mmx600mmx3mm thick and copper strip 25mmx3mm thick .Test result should be less than 3 ohms.
