Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etcl complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm rendering in CM 1:6 on on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surafaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on ceiling surafaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying 02 two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including1.5 mm thk wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying 02 two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper over one mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tlle 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but n. exc. 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match with and incluiding 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured in vertical surface 300X200X7/450x350x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match with and including 10 mm th backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 32 mm waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded) (minimum weight 32 mm-45 gms) repair.

S&F health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections complete all as specified & directed.
