S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm of mangalore pattern of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismatalling of existing AC/CGI sheets of any type complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in valley/gutter/eve board fixed with self tapping screws etc., including dismatalling of existing AC/CGI sheets of any type complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S & F MS steel work in (MS round/square/rectangular pipe,angle) posts,truss ,purlin and water tank stagging including special shaped washers etc., complete using but welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded St 240 with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint including dismatalling of existing wrough iron in truss/frame of any type complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Erection Fixing only Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality mild steel plate plain or chequered,5 mm thick or over in thickness including dismatalling of existing wrough iron in truss/frame of any type complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal /square heads at one end & screwed the other/ screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut,length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long dia of shank 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finished rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring of size not less than 500 x 500 mm over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (CM) 1:6 screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete in all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab of size not less than 500 x 500 mm in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar over 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (CM) 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping, of grid size 600 x 600 mm comprising of wall/ cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35 mm and corss tee of size 24x38x0.70 mm with 4 mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4 mm thick decorative pre-painted non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/ wooden truss of any type including dismantling of existing false ceiling boards, complete in all respect as specified and directed.
