Handling, laying, providing and fitting of 200mm dia, 6.3 mm thick ERW ISI marked MS flanged conforming to IS 3589 as replacement for deteriorated pipes on same excavated corridor as reflected in S.no. 01. The job includes fabrication of Offsets/bends wherever necessary as per site requirement. The pipe shall be coated with two coats of anticorrosive paints. The pipe ends shall be welded with 12 mm thick MS flanges Pipe Specifications: NB size= 200 mm Thickness= 6.3 mm Type of welding= ERW MS Flange thickness=12 mm Pipe length= 4-7 m Flange holes= 08 no. Providing and fitting of PN rating 1.6 , non-rising spindle type CI double flanged 65 mm sluice valve conforming to IS: 14846 to be fitted to 200 mm dia rising main using 65 mm GI pipe pieces, flanges (02 no), RI washer, nut-bolt for proper fitment. Make: zoloto/sant or equivalent

Improvement to the suction system by fabrication, providing and fitting of flanged MS easy bend , tail pieces etc. out of 200 mm dia 6.3 mm thick approximately 06 m pipe. The job includes providing and fitting of 12 mm thick MS flanges (08 no.) corresponding to 200 mm pipe to as per site requirement.
