Excavation in foudation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.50 mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and than returing the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc consoildating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth directed with in all lead & lift in Pick work 20m and Jumper work in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 mix (1cement : 6 sand : 12 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads & lifts.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battans & ballies, height of propping & centring below supporting floor to celing not exceeding 4.00 meters & removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:-
Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partitions walls & the like including the attached pilaster, buttresses plinth string courses & the like as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge with in all leads & lifts.
Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and cuting complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforcement concrete work in.
Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtr. Thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.
Laying tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.
