Hacking of CC flooring Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and re-fixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing vitrified floor tiles 600x600 Providing and laying double charge stain free vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) including skirting with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Ceramic floor tiles 300x300 Providing and laying anti-skid 300x300mm or nearest size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) in approved Shade and colors Ceramic floor tiles(slip shield/matt finish/satin finish) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make and colours laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc. complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for toilet floor.

Providing Ceramic glazed wall tiles Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades and size, in skirting and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with matching pigment, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc. complete at all levels in approved size & pattern from approved manufacturer as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for toilet wall and kitchen.
