Total length of ISA 40x40x5 = 9.8 mtr Total weight of ISA 40x40x5 (@ 3kg/mtr) = 29.5 kgs Total length of ISA 35x35x5 = 18.5 mtr Total weight of ISA 35X35X5 (@2.6 kg/mtr) = 48 kgs Total area of rectangular sheets (2mm thickness) = 3.6 sqmtr Total weight of rectangular sheets (2mm thickness) = 54.7 kgs. Total length of 35x3mm rectangular strip = 12.5 mtr Total weight of 35x3mm rectangular strip = 10.5 kg Total approximate weight of latches and hinges = 3 kgs Total weight = (29.5+48+54.7+10.5+3)kgs = 145.7 kgs Contingencies = 5kgs Total = 150 kgs Note: The MS Door should be made as per the actual site conditions and the contractor has to take the measurements before taking up the Job.

Fabrication, Providing and fitting of M.S trash guard by way of cutting and arc welding of mild steel angles and square bars with following specification: i. Height of trash guards = 7 feet ii. Width of trash guard = 3' 6'' feet iii. Frame of trash guard to be fabricated out of ISA 50×50×5 iv. Vertical meshing of the trash guard to be fabricated out of 12mm thick M.S square bars v. Gap between two adjacent vertical square bars = 2" Total length of ISA 50×50×5 = 6.5 mtr Total weight of ISA 50×50×5 (@3.8kg/mtr) = 25 kgs Total length of rectangular strip 65mmx5mm = 3.5 mtr Total weight M.S strip(@2.55kg/mtr) = 9 kg Total length of 12mm thick M.S square bars used for mesh making = 34.5 mtr Total weight of M.S square bars (@1.1kg/mtr) = 38 kgs Total weight of Trash guard = (25 + 9 + 38)kg = 71.7 kgs contingencies = 3 kgs Total =75 kgs Note: The trash guard should be made as per the actual site conditions and the Contractor has to take the measurements before taking up the Job

Preparing of surface of windows, door, pumping unit and Trash guard using blue lamp and metallic sand paper and then applying of two coats of red oxide anti corrosive primer followed by two coats of enamel paint of reputed make. Shade of paint to be specified by the site engineer. The firm has also to provide 2 kgs of Grease for lubrication of pumping units.
