Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar incl all quions, arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 600mm dia precast manhole cover with frame complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with Sub Class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr depth and n exc 1.5 mtr wide in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5 mtr but n.exe 3.0 mtr depth and n exc 1.5 mtr wide in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm (saltglazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 300mm (saltglazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 150mm bore (ISI marked) laid in trenches, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Concrete bed to drain pipes 150 mm bore, including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid nd tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 300mm bore (ISI marked) laid in trenches, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes 300 mm bore, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid nd tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) completeall as specified and directed

Returning/filling in trenches in layer n.exc 25 cm thick including watering well ramming etc complete all as specified and directed..

Removing excavated soil to distance n.exc 50 mtr and deposited as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in benching, seals and blocks for rungs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete with fair finished with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 17 above but add or deduct for each girth or part thereof over or under 30cm

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain making good to pipe and rendering out existing bending for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm dia and over MS round bar cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending for rungs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 to internal surfaces of manhole finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 to external surfaces of manhole finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 as in tank cover slab/base slab set in CM 1:6 including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed..

M&L 8mm dia and over TMT bar cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to as specified in SSR Part I section 8, Clause 8.20(b) complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates shall deemed to include the cost of form work shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
