Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 here in before but exc 1.5 mtr or part there of in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Returning, filling, in including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning/ Sand covering using Tibba river sand for underground cable protection 23 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness 18 cm will be measured.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles and stay including form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Supply and laying Jodhpur stone quarry stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm in width, 60cm long and 40 to 50mm thick, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under ground cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable and Supply and laying, testing, commissioning in replacement of LT underground cables, 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on poles / walls / laid under roads / paths / drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed for following sizes of Cables. Note:- Cost of the heavy duty lugs/ thimbles to crimp the LT cable deemed to be included in the rate quoted against there item.

Taking down defective street light/ flood light/post top lantern fitting of any size /type/capacity from height of pole/walls/high mast of any location up to 12M height for repair work and fixing back after repair work including checking, inspecting, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Spares like LED Driver,surge protector etc. shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule'A' (b) Necessary tools like mobile ladder & other T&P required etc shall be arranged by the contractor. (c) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for minor repair parts like nuts, bolts, cirle clips , clamps etc required if any at site.

Supply only electronic driver for LED light fitting, LED out put power less than 60watt, input voltage range : 170 - 300 volt AC , out put voltage DC as per make/ model range: 24 volt to 110 volt, make as per site requirement complete all as directed.

Supply only Surge Protector 10KV for street light fitting, Normal voltage input range : 170- 300 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of GI pipe bracket at elevated height of 6mtr to 10mtr, made out of GI pipe 40mm bore, Light grade,1.5mtr long,bend to any angle and fixing clamp, made out of 50mm X 6mm flat including necessary nut, bolt, washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour as in repair for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing loop-in/ loop-out box of outer size 250x210x115 mm made out of FRP(Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws along with 5/6 Amps MCB - 01 No, 50 Amps rated 3 pole connector- 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector etc complete in the box, duly fixed to to steel tubular/rail/PCC/RCC pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp, including suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable complete all as directed including dismantling old one.

Cutting the road / hard standings and excavating in trenches not exceeding 0.40 mtr wide and not exc 0.80 mtr deep across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by using of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 and matching with the surroundings all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable PCC/ steel tubular poles of any type and Supply and erect new steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) all as directed. NOTE :- Earth work, Cement concrete in foundation, coping etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Labour for cleaning of solar street light panel of any capacity located at elevated height up to 6 Mtr on pole, cleaning from dust, dirt, leaves, bird dropping , glass plate shall be cleaned with soft and warm water, soap solution or glass cleaning solution carried out twice in a month complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The recored of cleaning will be maintained by contractor duly singed by user unit.

Material and labour for replacement of charge controller for solar street light at elevated height of 3 Mtr , PWM type with dimming feature , protection against module reverse current flow over charge, deep discharge , reverse polarity & over load complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for replacement of CFL/FTL fitting with LED fitting , 26 watt , operating voltage 12 volts, system efficiency 100watt, IP 65 protection for solar street light complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for replacement of lead acid battery with maintenance free battery , 12 volt, 150 AH complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only street light fitting LED type of 90/110/120/150 watt and any size suitable for mounting on 40 mm dia FI mast or bracket arms with pole fixing attachements and proper fixing/connecting of service cable from pole box to street light fitting including taking out old existing light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note :- LED street light luminares shall be issued to contractor under Schedule 'B" free for fixing.

Fixing only LED flood light luminares 100/120/150 watt mounted on bracket at height of 6 mtr to 12 mtr on pole/high mast inclunding taking out existing flood light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note :- LED street light luminares shall be issued to contractor under Schedule 'B" free for fixing.

Supply and fixing in replacement of power contactor 3 pole 415 volts 32 Amp operating coil of 230 volts with control wiring and ferrule/thimbles for connections and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of power contactor 3 pole 415 volts 63 Amp operating coil of 230 volts with control wiring and ferrule/thimbles for connections and all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of digital timer double module, astronomical type along with replacing the control wiring of Street light timer panel and all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of MCB SP 230 volts 10KA ,5-32 Amps capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB TPN rupturing capacity 10KA of capacity 63Amp and all as specified and directed,

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated 3 core 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable for connecting from solar battery to voltaic solar panel and light fitting testing and commissioning all as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20 mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, locknuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc on steel tubular/PCC/RCC Poles and all as specified and directed.

Supply and connecting PVC wire 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area 3 Core multi stranded aluminium conductor PVC sheathed and weather proof round/flat shape and drawn through PVC conduit and connecting to Street light fitting on PCC/RCC/Steel pole all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and connecting PVC wire 6 sqmm nominal cross sectional area 2 Core multi stranded aluminium conductor PVC sheathed and weather proof Flat/ circular shape for service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire and drawn through PVC conduit/stretched on pole/strut/wall and connecting to Street light fitting on PCC/RCC/Steel pole all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and connecting PVC wire 10 sqmm nominal cross sectional area 2 Core multi stranded aluminium conductor PVC sheathed and weather proof Flat/ circular shape for service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire and drawn through PVC conduit/stretched on pole/strut/wall and connecting to Street light fitting on PCC/RCC/Steel pole all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

Trimming and cutting of tree branches coming across LT over head line, clearing the line around 1.5m and disposal of trimmed tree branches/ bushes to a distances n. exc 50 mtr and cleaning the site complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Length of span shall be 45 to 50m. (ii) Due care shall be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there shall be no damage to over head line conductor/pole. In case, due to any negligence, damage is caused, it shall be made good by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible. (iii) All T&P shall be provided by contractor

Supply and poring the electrolite suitable for solar street lights battery of capacity 120/150 AH of upto 5 mtr height and check the specific gravity of electrolite, maintaine the adequate specific gravity by adding the sulphuric acid if required and all as specified and directed,
