Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Dismantling of CGI/PGI /TCT /AC Plain sheet in roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley/gutter etc.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone walls etc any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement)

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete walls, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement (WPC measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for applying two coats of weather coat after and including one coat of primer of New/old plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Nerolac(Excel)/ Asian(apex)/ Berger

Materials and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing Old/new steel Surfaces of any des-cription, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair sheet glass ordinary quality 3 mm thick and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane.

S&F repair figured glass pin head type in squares n. exc 0.5 sqm each pane 4 mm thickness

S&F in repairs galvanised MS wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples

M & L 4mm thick non asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to MS framework with screws including preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of white wash in ceiling complete including taking down old sheet

Cutting holes in brick walls built in CM for inserting hold fasts & making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required n exc one brick wall.

S & F joist channel, angle or tee section fixed independently without connection plates etc ( cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicated conforming to Fe-410 Gde E-250

Dismantling timber boarding, any description, fixed in any position, with nails all as specified and directed.

S & F 2nd class hard wood 20mm thick clean sawn boarding with butt joints fixed with nails Eaves board and pelmets etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm of cement mixed with liquid type water proofing compound on dry concrete surfaces including 15 mm (average) thick rendering in CM 1:4 in one coats 15mm with liquid type water proofing compound incl. finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement(WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for making the grooves to "V' section in existing parapet walls/columns over RCC roofs cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incl parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 100 gram per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surfaces. (Make : Tank Mastic of STP Ltd or EMUFALTE of Texsa India Ltd/IWL India Ltd) (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer,3mm thick, weight not less than 3.60 kgs per sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 grm per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall taken to a height 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note: (i) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturers instructions. (iii) The make of polymeric membrane shall be SUPER THERMOLY of STP Ltd or MOPLY FP of Texsa India Ltd./IWL India Ltd) (c) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

‘Hoisting and Fixing’ Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500 and n exc 1000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden /steel frames glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 2 sq. m each

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) n exc 1.5 Sqm each

S & F 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc, but divided in to square with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bar, any number fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.20 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete.

S & F 35 mm II nd class hard wood plain framed ,panelled shutters (any numbers of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged ) or of veneered particle board medium density , wood particle with commercial face veneers : supplied and fitted to chowkats.

S&F MS, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed,200 mm long.

S & F MS Pressed handles, oval type, stove enamelled black 150 mm size

S & F MS Sliding door bolts, plate type , stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12 mm dia with and incl a min of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate, 300 mm long

Supply only MS butt hinges medium weight cold rolled of size 100mm.

S & F, solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, as per specification and drawing all as specified and directed.

S & F, factory made solid panel PVC door shutters, 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either sides & as gap insert for top & bottom rails. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement. Supply and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing.

S& F 100 mm size Stainless Steel butt hinges.

S&F Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed,200 mm long.

S&F Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type anodised 150 mm long.

S&F for galvanised mild steel cloth of 0.56mm nominal dia wire average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples or wooden beads for wooden shutters all as spd.

M & L plain solid chowkats or frames of 2nd class hard wood wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F framed work Fe 410-w (Gde-E-205) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel, sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete

S&F for mild steel flat iron for hold fasts including necessary screws.

S&F steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with one No MS handle per leaf made of FI 25 x 3 mm made to shape Appx 200 mm in length and two Nos 150mm long MS tower bolt welded to each shutter including 150 mm long peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded all as specified.

All as per item No. 41 above but without glazing bars complete

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills grating etc with and soft bars shouldered or rivetted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work all as spd made of 12mm square bars.

S&F steel ventilator with top hung shutter including steel peg handle complete all as specified.

M & L preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer

M & L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1: 6

M&L 75mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3 :6 ( 40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in plinth protection,sub base finished even and smooth without using extra cement (laid in alternate bags).

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channels 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in drain channels all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.
