DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Taking down old point wiring (Light fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc) removing materials from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring Surface type with 1.5 Sqmm, single core (FRLS), PVC insulated with multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable including rigid non metallic PVC surface conduit 20mm or higher dia, heavy grade ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and sunk switch boxes with 3mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet (white) top cover, including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor (FRLS) connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth and connected to earth dolly, screwed with screws, cup washers complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light point/ fan/ exhaust fan point/bell point controlled by one, one way switch of 5/6 Amps.

(b)one socket outlet three pin 5 amps control by one switch on the same board

(c)one socket outlet three pin 5 amps control by one switch on independent board

(d) One light point controlled by two, two way switch of 5/6 amps

All as per Item No 2.00 above but with 2.5 Sqmm cable (FRLS) for one 15 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board and 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Integrated Batten with Polycarbonate housing, surface mounted, (1x9 Watt) prewired including electric electrical connection with PVC insulated twin twisted copper wire of size 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to tube light fitting and including taking down old fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of exhaust fan AC single phase 230/240V of size 250/300 mm sweep with rewinding super enameled copper winding wire of suitable size and proving with suitable insulation including repalcement of wornout nut bolt washer blade split pin etc reassembling and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 2x4 Sqmm, of code Red for Phase,Black For Neutral & Green For Earth concealed in wall and drawn in existing PVC conduit along with 4 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi stranded cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Three runs of 4 Sqmm shall be measured as one unit.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 2x6 Sqmm, of code Red for Phase,Black For Neutral & Green For Earth concealed in wall and drawn in existing PVC conduit along with 6 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi stranded cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Three runs of 6 Sqmm shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and Fix in repair of 1x20 watt LED security light fitting, pressure die-cast aluminium including fixing the same of GI pipe 25mm dia bore light grade bracket, 1.5 mtr long including necessary cutting / bending /welding and fixed the same with two Nos FI clamps of 40x 4mm duly painted and suitable size of nut & bolts etc. and making electric connection with two core copper flexible wire of 0.50 Sqmm complete and including taking down old fitting all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair recess mounting LED 2x2 luminaire 34W, slim ceiling light with extruded aluminium housing and milky diffuser complete and including taking down old fitting all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair LED bulk head 10 Watt with PDC aluminium housing and milky diffuser complete and including taking down old fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of LED Linner & compact 9W mirror lightwith decorative grey end caps, polycarbonate body and ribbed opal diffuser, 9W 6000K complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 5 of MES schedule 1991 part – I connected to earthing test point including earth continuity conductor and loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 & pit cover 75mm thck in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 dully reinforced with 6mm dia bar @ 150 c/c both ways including with lifting handle and Earth lead and GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point /main switch board and 20mm bore GI watering pipe medium grade etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of LED Integrated Batten T5 box type surface mouted, (1x18 Watt) prewired including electric electrical connection with PVC insulated twin twisted copper wire of size 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to tube light fitting and including taking down old fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminiuum conductor served with an inner sheating of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm suspention wire one twin core 10sq mm solid conductor.

Supply and laying in repair XLPE LT 1100 volts underground earthed cable, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100V with multi stranded, aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 3.5 core x 35 Sqmm including laying, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soils including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry and clean sand over and under the under ground cable in trenches , ducts for cable protection incliding levellling and consodilation complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for laying well burnt bricks,as in protection of cable laid dry, flat aboutting each other wide wise all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement GI tubing 40 mm dia light grade for cable protection all as specified and directed

Checking of fault in Solar water Heater of area by deputing adequate number of qualified Solar technician/Plumber and helper with necessary T&P and safety tools etc and ensure that to restore water heater in working condition after rectifying the fault with using minor items like screw, insulation Taps, flexible twin core cable upto 1 mtr approx or any electrical accessories of cost not more than Rs. 10/- shall be included in the unit rate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (a) Replacement of solar heater items, if required shall be measured and paid separetely in relevant items. Unserviceable items retrived form complaints shall be abstracted under sch of credit. (b) The fault shall be attended within one day, otherwise recovery shall be charged Rs. 50/- per complaint per day. (c) Electrician and plumber shall obtain the complaint slip from JE EM and the same will be depositing to JE EM duly signed by Users after completing the job for making payments. (d) Descaling chemical shall be measured and paid separately.

Note : Cleaning of tank should be done carefully by means no float valve broken or no leakage remains after cleaning.
