Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-55 (11.0 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Aluminium Primer (Externally from Top of Coping) including writing MES Pole No. with synthetic Enamel Paint (First Grade/quality), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Stay Assembly complete with Accessories as show in Electrical Plate No. 1 of MES Schedule Part-I, diameter of Stay Rod 20 mm, including 7/4.00 mm Galvanised Stay Strand, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Earthwork, Cement Concrete, Mild Steel Stay Clamps with Bolts, Nuts, etc., Loop Insulator, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

M&L Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of one coat of Aluminium Primer one Under Coat and One Finishing Coat of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing only Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates (serviceable materials i.e. Structural Steel Sections obtained from Item No. 7 here-in-before) including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of one coat of Aluminium Primer one Under Coat and One Finishing Coat of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Insulator Pin type Polymer, including one Galvanised Mild Steel Spindle, Two Galvanised Iron Washers and One Galvanised Iron Nut, for 11 KV grade, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Pin type insulator polymer suspension type , for tension with Tension Clamps for conductors working pressure 11KV, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Loop Type Insulator Vitreous White, Brown or Green, large size with overall dimensions (90 x140 mm), clearance of hole 25.50 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F AAAC covered Conductor (ACSR) 100 Sqmm with permissible Sags and providing Jumper, etc., fixing on Electric Poles and binding to Insulators with Aluminium Binding Wire as in OH Conductors including stringing, tightening, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

Supply and installation for GI top cleat (100 x 50 x 6 x 350) mm for 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation for termination kit for 11 KV-IC 100 sqmm AAAC covered conductor complete all as specified and as directed.
