Providing and fixing first aid fire hose reel equipment conforming to IS : 884-1969 with upto date amendments finished with post office red spray paint and complete with following as required : (i) 20 mm dia 36.5 metres long hose tubing of approved make confirming to IS : 5132- 1969 with upto date amendments. (ii) Swinging type hose guide fixing bracket assembly (iii) 25 mm dia gate valve (iv) 6 mm outlet SS nozzle with shut off valve as required

Providing and fixing 63 mm dia 15 m long Reinforced Rubber lined (RRL) woven jacketed hose tested to bursting pressure 32 kg/sqcm including gunmetal male and female instantaneous typecoupling approved by fire authority, machine would with G.I wire complete in all respects. Hose shall conform to I.S 636 Type II and coupling to I.S 903-1985 WITH ISI certification

Providing and fixing standard short size SS branch pipe with gunmetel nozzle 16 mm dia outlet with standard male instaneous spring lock type 63 mm dia coupling. Branch pipe and nozzle shall confirm to IS : 903-1985.

Supplying, installation ofv Weather proof cabinet for hose fabricated from 16 gauge MS sheet of fully welded construction with hinged double front door with locking arrangement and partially glazed with 4 mm thick glass, stove enameled fire red finish with "fire hose" written on front suitable to fit 2 nos hose reel 30 m length & short branch pipe and hydrant outlet. Size 750 X 600 X 250 mm (H X B X D) or suitable to fit the items

Prior to application to primer the surface should be clean for dirt, rust, rough substance etc. including painting of legends of both direction arrow as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
