Supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 5 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including street light GI pipe bracket of medium grade 40mm dia. ,1.5m long bend to required size and shape including two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 SSR Part -1 2009 connected to earthing test point including earth wire protection pipe of dia 15 mm (medium grage), excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus spoil, provn of RCC cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @100 mm /C/C both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 concrete pit, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm bore (light grade) testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Proper earthing pit should be provided with pit cover. (b) Excavation/earthwork is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (For External and Internal Electrification)

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY S&F brass angle stop cock CP high pressure with capstan head long shank screwed down 15mm dia. bore complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and laying of Centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron pressure pipes with spigot and socket joint of 100mm bore, Class K-7, bearing ISI mark with specification as IS-8329/2000 (latest revision) suitable for (push on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with sulphar resistant cement and external metallic zinc coating with a finishing layer of black bitumen coating on external surface suitable for treated water supply and including rubber gasket joint in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of flanged joint to be included in quoted rate.

S&F ductile iron pipes special fittings (Bends any type, radius an angle tapers any type, straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc. Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross) all socket and spigot collars type, cap and plugs up to 100mm bore as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90cm x 90cm x 90cm (internal dimensions) with one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100 mm thick P.C.C. 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bedding and coping and 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally up to 15cm below ground level including three coats of white wash on plastered surface providing valve pit 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron frame all-round the fixed point by means of 4Nos holdfast 150mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 6mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stoned aggregate) of size 230 x 200 x 100mm including provision of hinges welded with angle iron frame and MS cover 5mm thick, MS handle of suitable and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement including 65mm dia pad lock and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt , 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including street light GI pipe bracket of medium grade 40mm dia. ,1.5m long bend to required size and shape including two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying PVC insulated and FR PVC sheathed, Copper conductor, (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volts, conforming to IS 694 electric control cable with copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 1.50 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing in replacement, including providing all necessary electrical connection, LT feeder pannel board (CPRI Approved), outdoor type, double door, compartmentlaised type, factory made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet of size 1.0m (height) x 1.5m (width) x 0.5m (depth) having hinge opening arrangement in front and back side and bottom frame made out of angle iron of size 50x50x6mm thick and 04 nos legs 0.5 meter length with cable entry and exit circular hole with cable gland & gasket at bottom complete including painting to all internal and external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (5 stage process) with duly fixed in ground with necessary PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitereous enamelled (white), with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc. complete and comprising of the following accessories including necessary excavation work for taking out cable loop and refilling the trenches all as directed

PRIME COST SUM. The prime cost is to used as directed by the Accepting Officer vide condition 1(v) and 5 of IAFW-2249. (a) Provide a prime cost of Rs. 10,00,000.00 for Provision of Modular kitchen cabinate with electric chimney in officers quarter (Total - 10 quarters) as approved by GE. (b) The contractor is to quote the amount in the money column i.e. in Col 'M' adding his overhead and profit. The amount shall be adjusted proportionately to the sum actually expended against Prime Cost Sum. Notes :- (i) Item(s) covered under Prime Cost Sum shall be ordered as per condition 5 of IAFW-2249. (ii) Contractor shall quote amount adding over the amount of prime cost sum to cover his overhead and profit. (iii) Percentage shall be derived automatically by the system in the excel sheet of BOQ based on the amount quoted against this item by the bidder. Percentage (plus/minus) subject to maximum of 15% (on plus side) shall be taken as the PC sum percentage.

Note:- Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part- XI amount of Rs 63,000.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
