RequiredCertificate of Registration under Professional Tax issued by Commercial Tax Department, Government of Karnataka. Certified copies of the same should be uploaded
RequiredPAN and TIN of Income Tax Department. Certified copies of the same should be uploaded
RequiredProvident Fund Registration Certificate issued by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner. Upload last 3 years, year wise statement of yearly returns submitted to PF authorities. Upload certificate from EPF authorities that no enquiries or cases are pending against the bidder and that the bidder has not received any adverse order for any malpractices in the last 5 years.

RequiredThe Agency should not have been declared as ineligible under corruption and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka / Government of India / Government Institutions etc., or blacklisted or in the process of being blacklisted and should not have any ongoing litigation with any Government authority, Board, Corporation, Local Body or Autonomous Institution. An Affidavit to this effect on Rs 200 Stamp Instrument must be uploaded.
