3rd CALL FOR REPAIR TO HELIPAD AT AF STATION HALWARA UNDER GE (AF) HALWARA

Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth, area not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth and but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30mm, well rammed and compacted to required camber & gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing of existing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all dust complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen Grade VG -10 applied at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm heated on requisite temperature by using mechnical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying premix bituminous macadam average consolidated thickness not exceeding 75mm using graded crushed stone aggregate, grading 2, mixed with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 mixed at the rate of 4% by weight of total mix, for helipad, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing of aggregates and binder and shall be laid in single layer with mechanical sensor paver complete all as specified and directed. (ii) The design mix shall be carried out from zonal lab/ Govt approved lab/ Govt Engg College as approved by GE before incorporation in work and testing charges shall also be borne by the contractor.

Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness, pre-mixed hot mix semi dense asphaltic concrete with coarse aggregate of grading 1 as per MORTH specification in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 mixed at the rate of 5.5% by weight of total mix as per design mix including supply and mixing of filler (OPC cement) laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor and compacted with 8-12 tonne power vibratory road roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing of aggregates and binder (bitumen) for bitumious carpet. Premixed carpet shall be laid in single layer with Mechanical Sensor Paver all as specified and directed. (ii) The consolidated thickness indicated above shall be the minimum thickness and in case additional materials are required to make good the depressions etc to achieve the required camber and slope etc. the same shall be provided by the contractor and the cost of the same shall be deem to be included in the quoted rates of the above item. (iii) The design mix shall be carried out from zonal lab/ Govt approved lab/ Govt Engg College as approved by GE before incorporation in work and testing charges shall also be born by the contractor.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with two or more coats road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc 500m but n exc 1.5Km and depositing of helipad shoulders etc. including raising (or lowering) including spreading in layers n exc 30cm thick, watering ramming/ rolling and finnishing to required size shape etc complete all as specified and as directed.
