Selection of Chartered Accountant Firm

Experience in Government departments auditing above 500 cr. Budget in last 3 years.

The tenderer shall have minimum 05 years of experience as statutory auditors or internal auditors of Government undertakings or private or Charitable institutions having turnover of not less than Rs. 500 Crores per annum during a block period of last 05 years. The applicant shall upload the documents for proof of experience or work done certificate issued by the Government undertakings or private or Charitable institutions.

Should have 5 partners of which at least 4 partners should be FCA

Audited balance sheet and profit & loss statement of the firm certified by Chartered Accountant for having turnover not less than Rs. 2.5 crores for the consecutive 03 (Three) financial years during the three financial years, i.e., 2022-23 to 2024-25.

The firm should be practicing in Bangalore for a minimum period of 10 years.

Understanding of the KITS Scope of Work and Proposed Deployment Plan, Including Team Composition and Resource Strength
