Outsourcing for Manning & Operation of passengers lift , two shifts , with one skilled lift operator in each shift, having carrying capacities of 08 passengers and 13 Passangers & serving from ground floor to eight upper top floors of respective buildings including safety measures against any damage, pilferage & theft all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge. Location : Pandya Building (22 Officers Accn) at Malkapuram.

Note for item No.05: No of Shifts - 02 shifts & timings as under:- I st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs II nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (a) A skilled Lift Operator shall be having ITI cetificate and minimum 05 Years experience in the trade and having sound knowledge about lifts mechanism and its functional operation. (b) The operators have to act quickly in case of hearing alarm from any person stuckup inside operational lifts and rescue them out of the lift immediately. After the peson is out of the lift, the Operator should be responsible to identify the defect occured in lift and rectify the defects for smooth operation. And making the lift for smooth operational use, in case the lift in not operational. (c) Every operator should be in proper uniform i.e., Trouser, Shirt , Cap, Belt, black leather shoe's etc. as decided by Engineer-in-Charge. (d) He shall be in possession with an temporary ID card duly signed by AGE (I) (CG Vizag. (e) T&P required such as spanner set , Wrench , Screw Driver Set , testing lamp , drilling machine, multimeter, tong tester, and megger etc. shall be provided by the contractor in each shift. (f) The firm /contractor shall be solely responsible to his representatives/ operators/ personnel for any accident/damage during operation & maintenance / health related liabilities/compensation/ penalty etc.the department will not entertain any claim, compensation , penalty etc. on this account and shall have no liability in this regard. (g) In case of any absence of operator recorded from duty a penalty of Twice the quoted rates or Twice the minimum fare wages circulated by Govt whichever is higher as penalty per shift. (h) In case the operator is not found dressed on mentioned in note , a recovery of Rs. 250/- for each shift shall be made from the dues to the contractor.

S & F in repairs of existing old defective sensor with INFRA RED safety edge with power unit on car door to safe guard passenger entering and leaving the lift suitable for 08/10 passengers lift and 800 mm door opening complete as all specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in repairs of steel wire rope 13 mm dia 8/19 in construction lift duty fibre main core complete as all specified & directed by Engineer in charge. Make: Usha/Martin

S& F in repairs of Door drive V3F DD Series complete all as specified and as directed. Make: PICODYNAC or approved .

S & F in repairs of existing gate locks by new electromechanical gate locks suitable for automatic centre opening landing doors for passengers lifts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs of Emergency Alarm/Siren 12 V DC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Landing Operating Panel digital display complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Scate with Plated MS resting plate with spring , washer for resting the roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Liner Fibre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Door Roller with surclip complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Door spring size 625/800 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs electric connector strip as per sample complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Pedestal Wheel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Diverter Wheel with brake pad complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,installation,testing in repairs to Automatic Rescue Device Control system of Lifts including repalcement of 04 Nos. 12 Volt 17 AH sealed maintenance free batteries make exide including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.
