FIRST YEAR RATE

Comprehensive daily Collection of waste from houses, dust bins & disposal to dumping zone including cleaning of all common buildings in township i.e Community Centre, Medical Centre, Shopping complex, Officer club, Post office, Substation, Security check post, VIP & GM residence surrounding area, Maintenance of cleanliness of floors, windows, doors, glass and other surfaces of buildings, Maintenance of cleanliness of toilets, wash basins, urinals pot, seats etc., Wet and dry scrubbing of floors, passage, stair steps etc. regularly, Clearing of blockage/chokes from the quarters, common buildings sewage pipe lines, chambers etc., Cleanliness of all bituminous roads,cc pavement, plinth / apron around the buildings and disposal of garbage, malba, Removal of grass, soil, weeds and malba if any from the roads, cement pavements and disposal to dumping zone. Maintenance of alll rain water entries on roads are through,Cleaning of drains on regular basis Cleaning of building roofs and rain water pipes,Clearing of choked sewer lines and chambers inside township, Cleaning of rainwater harvesting pits, inlet pipes for proper functioning, Cleaning of fountains on weekly basis, Additional/Similar work on need and urgent basis may be assigned and to be executed without any extra cost. Note (i) The rates shall be quoted for the complete finished work per month (ii) Quoted rates shall include the cost of tools and tackels required to execute the above work (iii) Additional/Similar work on need and urgent basis may be assigned and to be executed without any extra cost.Apprx. quantity : 43800 sqm per month x 12 months = 525600Sqm per annum..
