Liaison and co-ordination with Legal Metrology Department for initial verification and stamping of Ammonia Flow meters in FACT-CD/WI.

Liaison and coordination with Legal Metrology Department for initial verification and stamping of Flow meters. Contractor`s scope of work: (i) The scope of work includes preparatory works, Liaison and coordination with Legal Metrology Department for initial verification and stamping of the specified ammonia flow meters. (ii) All the transportation arrangements & related costs incurred shall be borne by the contractor. (iii) The contractor shall meet all the incidental expenses in connection with verification & stamping. (iv) All works required for fixing the flow meters in line and for field testing (as required). (v) All necessary tools & tackles required for the work. (vi) The contractor shall complete the verification and stamping works before the due dates of Stamping. (vii) After the completion of the work, the Contractor shall collect the verification/stamping certificates from the Legal Metrology Department and hand over to FACT, without delay. FACT’s scope of work: (i). The Stamping fees for the verification and stamping of the specified flowmeters be in the scope of FACT.

Liaison and coordination with Legal Metrology Department for arranging the site visit of LMD Officials to M/s. Fluid Control Research Institute (FCRI), Palakkad as per requirement. Contractor`s scope of work: (i) Arranging to & fro transportation for LMD officials to visit M/s. Fluid Control Research Institute (FCRI) at Palakkad. (ii) The contractor shall meet all the incidental expenses in connection with this visit. FACT’s scope of work: (i) The arrangement for Calibration of the Flowmeter at M/s.FCRI site is under the scope of FACT. FACT shall inform a suitable date for arranging the visit in co-ordination with M/s.FCRI, Palakkad as per requirement.
