Material & labour for complete removal of old existing treatment from surfaces of Walls, including rubbing the surface with steel wire brush or grinder and finally with fine sand paper and applying two coats of white cement base wall care putty as directed, finish the surface even and smooth with fine sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed .

Material & labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint 1st quality, including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed .

Material & labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of brick/ stone/ concrete/ plastered surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint 1st quality, including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed .

Material & labour for rewriting letter or figures (Block/ Roman/ Indian/ Italian) height not exceeding 30 cm with thick paint complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repairs 6mm thick PVC ceiling board fixed in flat surfaces on snap grid frame work complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repairs anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (600mm X 600 mm) for false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repairs venetian blinds, vertical/horizontal type, 100 mm wide, made of polyster fabric of approved colour and pattern with aluminium fittings and top rail and nylon/loops etc, fixed cuttings and alteration if necessary wherever AC/Coolers exists including dimantling of old unserviceable venetian blinds complete all as specified and as directed .

Material & labour for preparation of existing surfaces of APP membrane on roof top of building by brushing, brooming, washing down etc and removing all dust / leaves etc complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint for heat reflecting complete all as specified and as directed .
