Consultant should have an Own NABL (National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration Laboratories) Laboratory or may associate with research / educational institutions or memorandum of understanding with any NABL (National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration Laboratories). BBMP reserves the right to inspect the laboratories disqualify without assigning any reason if the consultant does not meet the requirement criteria of BBMP. NABL certification of the laboratory with respect to specific work and specific test relating to the items to be tested for work is mandatory. Else, NABL accreditation will not be considered. Academic institutions shall possess accreditation from NBA/NAAC/UGC/AICTE.

A brief description of the consultants organization and an outline of recent experience on assignments (Section 3B) of a similar nature. For each assignment, the outline should indicate, inter alia, the profiles and names of the staff provided, duration of the assignment, contract amount, and firms involvement.
