Annual Service & Maintenance: Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Blue Star make Ductable Split type Air Conditioning units of CSIR-IICB Salt Lake campus Guest House for their effective functioning throughout the period of 01 (one) year. This work will be including supply of all necessary spare parts & consumable materials viz. Air filter, Refrigerant Gas, Capacitor, Compressor, P.C.B., Bracket/ iron stand, Base plate, Condenser & Evaporator Coil, Runner, Copper pipe(Dia:1/4”,3/4”,3/8”,5/8” or as per sample), clear braided flexible PVC hose pipe/ CPVC drain pipe, Three/ four core Electric wire, Condenser fan motor, Indoor fan motor, Micro Processor based Remote control units, Damper, Diffuser/Grill, Ducting line etc. complete as required and as per standard engineering practice. Here the scope of work is inclusive of general Servicing, Overhauling, Leak testing, required Refrigerant Gas charging, Cleaning (also see the scope of work) up keeping of Ductable Split Air Conditioning units. For this purpose all essential consumable & cleaning materials viz. Cloth, Cotton west, Soap detergent etc. are to be arranged by the AC maintenance contractor. All the spare materials to use shall be of OEM make and consumable shall be reputed make or shall be used in consultation of Concerned Section In-charge.
