Appendix E-Routine Inspection Charges
OD131459/2025-2026:Conducting and Reporting Routine Inspections for the entire length of the Project Road frequency of 7 days throughout the agreement period of the Running Contract as directed by the departmental officers at site. Additional RI may be required in response to reports of complaints from the police, other authorities and the public as a result of major incidents, typhoon or flooding damages etc and are not measurable/ payable. A proportion of the RI should be carried out either during or immediately following a period of we weather.
