M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness 50 mm (average thickness) with paving bitumen any penetrations to on existing surfaces, depression on the existing surface and to provide proper camber on road with hot mix bituminous macadam with 4.5% binder content by weight spreading with mechanical paver and compacting paver and compacting with mechanical/ vibratory roller etc and super elevation uniform and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to potholes any depth, not exc 01 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 63 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping), depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces, by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen (VG-10) at 5 Kg / 10 Sqm, over bituminous surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix carpet (VG-30) 30 mm consolidated thickness with 0.41 cum of stone chipping mixed with 21.90 Kg of binder using paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed liquid seal coat, applying evenly binder 9.80 kg per 10 sqm blinding with 6.30 mm size stone chippings @0.09 cum per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen VG-30 applied and rolled to uniform smooth surfaces completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (Compacted thickness) water bound macadam in single layer with coarse aggregates of grading 2 ranging from 63mm to 40mm made to form true surface, spread, surface binding with & incl screening & moorum , watered, consolidated and rolled with 8 to 12 tone power roller to gradient & camber required completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 150mm deep x 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, grade B completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade Completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexure strength 40 kg/per sqcm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter, thickness of concrete 25 cm and finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.50 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' THERMOPLASTIC PAINT (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table NO 800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

S&F solar delineator (1000x47 mm) is made of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body, Height- 145mm, dia meter-80mm, comprises of 4 super bright LEDs which give 360 degree viewing angle, solar panel 2.5 V, 120 mm (approx) 1.25V rechargeable battery - 1 No incl of MS pipe 1m long with two coat of synthetic enamel paint embedded in PCC block of size 300x300x450mm made of (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm grade aggregate) including necessary earth work, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F high intensity reflective sheet 50mm wide of red & white/orange colour as required to be fixed on tubular steel poles or cemented poles or any other areas complete all as specified and directed.

S&F portable speed breaker made of PVC of size 250 x 300 x 50mm and fixed on location complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Convex mirror made up of P C materials having clear & definite mirror image, 130 degree of viewing angle of size 1000mm dia, provided on MS pipe 40mm dia, 1.2 Mt long duly powder coated, embedded on PCC block (1:3:6) Type C-2 including necessary earthwork, complete as specified and as directed

S & F solar stud made of aluminium die cast Matte finish (sand blasted), confirming to IS 617-1994 designation 4520, compressive strength 179 kn with min 125 x 125 x 25 mm (Shank 65 mm) tested as per IP-65 in accordance with IS 12063 : 1987 category 2 for protection against water, tested as per IEC 1215 (between 40 to 85 degrees centigrade) found be working satisfactorily for 125 hrs, tested as per QM 333 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerfs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as directed including formwork all as specified and directed.
