Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick/ stone walls surfaces including. racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.5 sqm but n.exc. 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc. 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed..

Refix in same opening Shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm each.

Material and labour 2nd class Hard wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 125X60mm pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate etc complete as specified made out of 1.25mm thick MS Sheet including door stopper complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 105X60mm pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete as specified made out of 1.25mm thick MS Sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed blocks for fixing hold fast, lugs, filling hollow spaces of pressed steel door frame etc including weathering slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating and form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of surface of wood and wood based materials steel and iron work new or old of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with tar and tar coal black. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix wall ties, hold fasts hooks for hanging fans, boarding, wind tie,purlins etc and similar small articles conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 35mm thick Factory made Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywoodface panels one face is covered with deco rative face veneer with lipping/frame to match all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 30 mm thick 2nd class H/W Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixed galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm fixed nominal dia of wire and avrg widh of aperature 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staple complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer of new wooden surface of any description, not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth incl. preparation of surfaces.

Material and labour preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on in two layers each of 10+5mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) with LW + @ 200ml/50Kg of cement on fair faces of brick work complete all as specified and directed. (Note :Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ).

Supply only LW + confirming to relavent IS MAKE : Dr. Fixit of M/s PIDILITE INDSTURIES or equivalent all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade all as specified and as directed. (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new surfaces.
