Note 1: (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Dismentaling &Taking down unserviceable street light fittings LED Fittings/ CFL Fittings,post top lantern,garden light, Pin /Holder type from pole or from Bldgs for repairs including replacement of unserviceable Lamp, holder, integral wiring with appropriate gauge copper conductor and refixing the same after repairs in original position properly using PVC insulation tape or where directed complete including replacement of any spares,cable connections from OH conductors,or from junction boxes to light fitting all as specified and as directed. Note : Spares items such as LED driver and cable etc, will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Taking down down/dismantling old/rusted/deshaped cross arms/MS channel or angle for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size including setting aside serviceable and removal of rubbish material complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors of any description,stacking serviceable conductor aside for reuse and removing unsv/broken conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down down/dismantling old/broken stay assembly complete including demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling /taking down old rusted /broken GI earth wire from feeder or distributor span complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down down/dismantling old/rusted/broken steel poles/struts,removing from site and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches brick common burnt clay building brick, sub class 'B' designated- 75 with width equal to length of brick for cable protection complete

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations of Poles and filling of mass concrete complete all as specified

Taking down carefully existing aluminium strip of size 25x3mm and GI strip of size 32x6mm fixed in position as lightning conductor from roof/wall and buried in ground including making good the disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully existing air termination rod any type and size from roof complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable earthing, dismantling of earth pit including other accessories and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only aluminium strip of size 25x3mm obtained from item No. 1 above after necessary repairs (like removing denting/bend rejoining tightening properly by GI bolts and nuts securing, tightly by MS clamps of suitable size for roof/conductor/down conductor above ground level including jointing properly by existing GI/Aluminium strips, air termination rod and insulators) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium strip 25x3mm size secured tightly on hole by MS clamps of suitable size for roof conductor/down conductor above ground level including making connection with existing air termination rod/GI strip and fixed with insulators/ shaddles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and Labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20x3mm as earth lead means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm (Reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm, center to center both ways) with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia.
