Removing of existing damaged Railing including supply of all labours,materials,tools & plants,equipment,transporting,lead,lift for all heights of Lighthouse Tower as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge ( For Veraval Lighthouse Station)

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer (including equivalent design mix )-(For Veraval Lighthouse)

Providing,Supplying and fixing of G.I Pipe "C " Class Heavy duty of TATA/JINDAL/ASIAN make 50 mm dia horizontal & Vertical pipes new/extension over existing Railing/ as per standard drawing or as directed including necessary fixture such as Tees,Crosses,Elbow hand grouting in the concrete slabs etc,setting in place,cutting,threading,grinding,drilling,bolting,welding,anchoring (cost of anchor fastener,base plate & making holes in base plate,concrete pedestal will be paid extra ) including supply of all labours,materials,tools & plants,equipment,transporting,lifting to all heights of Light House Tower as per drawing,specification and direction by Engineer-In Charge (For Mangrol,Veraval,Jafrabad,Alang & Gopnath Lighthouse)

Providing and fixing (approved material ,colour & shade) of G.I chain link fabric fencing mesh of size 50mm x 50mm,G.I wire of dia 4 mm PVC Coated to achive outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade for Railing of Lighthouse Tower with G.I PVC Coated clamps,screws,tower bolt,tie wire etc( to tie with railing ), complete as per the requirement and including all labours,materials,tools,scaffolding transportation etc. for all heights of Light house Tower etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised (minimum coating 5 micron) dash / anchor fastener of 10 x 80 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade ( yield strength 480 N/sqmm )counter sunk head,comprising of 10m dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve including drilling of hole in frame,concrete/masonry with chemical grout ,( for all heights of lighthouse Tower ) etc as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(For Veraval Lighthouse)

Supplying,fixing,fabricating,grinding (approved brand ) items like Base plate ,insert plate,guard bar,flat,clamp etc. for Light House Tower Railing, window grill ,staircase railing etc as per direction of approved first quality brand of TATA/JINDAL make for all heights of Light House Tower including supply of all materials,tools & plants,equipment,transportation( including lead & lift ),scaffolding etc. as per specification,drawing and direction of Engineer-In-Charge (For Veraval,Mangrol,Jafrabad,Alang & Gopnath Lighthouse)

Providing & fixing Grills(with Brass screws) for opening of window/ventilators for Light house Tower of approved( 1rst quality) Bright bar/approved equivalent quality as per approved drawing cost of all materials,labours,transportation,tools& plants,lead & lift etc complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge (For Veraval,Mangrol,Alang & Gopnath LH Station)

Providing and fixing approved (dia & length ) SS bolts including nuts and washers etc complete for Lighthouse Tower hand railing Clamps as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge (For Veraval,Mangrol,Gopnath & Alang LH Station)

Making holes (up to 12mm dia) to base plate as per requirement for anchor fastner (Railing) etc complete including materials,tools,plants ,transportation ,lead ,lift and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge (For Veraval Lighthouse)
