(v) If contractor wishes not to quote any part/parts (as per his eligibility given in NIT) he should quote "0" rates in the Rate columns of that particular part/parts. Accordingly, such offer shall not be considered Non bonafide & it will be construed that the contractor has not quoted that particular part/parts.
