Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Up to 2500 km or 300 hour tenderer shall be quote the amount for monthly basis (per month) not for yearly basis (item unit rate should not exceed Rs. 42000/-per month , including GST)

After 300 hour Tenderer shall be quote the amount for hour basis(this unit rate includes all taxes and this unit rate will be considered when the vehicle running hour exceeds 300 hour in a month only) (item unit rate should not exceed Rs. 157.50/-per hour , including GST)

Tenderer quoting amount shall be including all kind of taxes

Tenderer quoting amount shall not be exceeds the amount which is specified in the Government order order No-30 SHIVANI BANGALORE Date-22-08-2023. if exceeds such tender will be rejected

After 2500 km Tenderer shall be quote the amount for km basis( this unit rate includes all taxes and this unit rate will be considered when the vehicle running km exceeds 2500 km in a month only)(item unit rate should not exceed Rs. 12.60/-per KM , including GST)
