Construction of intake Chamber of RCC in concrete mix of M-30 grade with 8x1.10x0.90 Rmt as per approved design & drawing including construction cost of civil works, inlet & outlet arrangement , excavation in all kinds of soil, developement of site, pumping & bailing out water, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 1 No. water treatment plants 0.55 MLD at Speru based on Rapid sand filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works at village Speru 0.55 MLD capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chambers, Raw water tank, C/O pre-Sedimentation tanks ,hydrolic flash mixture for congulant addition proper alum, lime, solution tank with proper mechnical mixing arrengement be provided as per Data sheet. secendary setteling tanks, Rapid sand filters, pipe gallery, clear water tanks, , Drainage channels, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20m wide) chemical house, chemical handeling and feeding arrangements, gaseous chlorination units, back wash units with pumping sets and Air compressors including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, Plant building ,office, Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundry unit of plant area, Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper wall way for Inspection/ operation of various units. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC.
Note1:-The scope of work shall be as per basic data, technical specifications and special conditions as per DNIT.
Note 2: The basic Data for design and construction of Water treatment plants and other comprising structures is as per Chapter-I. 2- Scope of work is as per chapter-II 3- Documents to be supplied in Technical Bid are as per Chapter-III 4-Structural Specifications are as per Chapter-IV 5-General conditions are as per Chapter-V T& C for OHSR & U/G Storage tanks
Main Balancing Reservior :- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoir as per capacity given below at Node No. 05 including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC M :25 in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all allied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves,bulk meter/ flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions.

The reservoir should comprise of the following:-
a) Providing, Laying and jointing of inlet, outlet, scour and over flow GI / MSERW pipes (MC) with flanges of 150mm dia complete with all fittings such as TEE's, Bends, Tail pieces, flanges, pipes and valves shall be of appropriate size and subject to approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. The over flow pipe shall be connected with any suitable delivery pipe.
b) Providing and fixing of cast iron manhole cover conforming to IS-1725-1991 with upto date ammendments, minimum two numbers of 500mm internal dia including frame of medium duty.
c) Cast iron ventilating pipes with cowl and mosquito proof cover of sufficient length suitable for over head tank as per standard Engineering practice and subject to approval of the Engineer-in-Charge.
d) All other required accessories such as ball mounts, control valves for inlet and outlet of 150mm cast iron PN 1.6 lightening conductor and water level guard (indicator) shall be provided by the contractor/firm.
e) Suitable RCC spiral stair case 90 cm wide for access upto the top of the tank and M.S ladder 45 cm wide shall be provided in side the reservoir from top of tank to its bottom.
f) The tank shall be painted with water proofing cement paints outside complete in all respect.
g) There shall be 1 mtr. Wide gallery all arround the container with provision of necessary railing.
Vide Terms and conditions for construction of Over head storage tanks are as per Chapter-IX.
Gravity Mains
GRAVITY MAIN:- Excavation in foundations and trenches (for pipes and pits) upto all depths etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work and saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting in soft/hard rock or chiseling or wedging out of same where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable material/soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning he usable soil in 15 cm layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of PCC / unmetaled/ mattelled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Laying,jointing & testing of screwed and socketted Galvanised Mild steel tube of following diameter and class including all specials and fittings as required complete as per actual site condition with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge. ( Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately )
