Supply of each set of High Intensity Elevated LED Type Uni Directional Runway Guard Light Fixture Consisting of 1 pair of yellow lights together flashing with LED lamp of series circuit 2.8 - 6.6Amps current, Yellow glass, 1 x 2-pole secondary plug, including breakable coupling, central column mounting assembly, base plate with 6 nos. M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring & plain washers, gaskets and with all standard accessories,suitable for all weather conditions and confirming to particular specification with lens etc., as required to meet latest ICAO Annex 14, Vol 1, Para 5.3.22 and Appendix 2 Fig. A2-25 and ready for site installation as required

Installation,testing commissioning of elevated type Runway Guard Light fittings on the existing transformer housing boxes including installation of transformers, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories alignment, levelling and making secondary lead connections to transformer & fittings earth connections etc. complete as required.

Supply of CI isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm height, 450mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing aasociated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one no. of 50 mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nuts as required .The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts, check nuts etc. as required as per the drawings. Supply of 200 mm high CI collar of round shape of outside dia 330mm, 10mm thick all round except on top surface which is 15mm thick having a clear opening of 220mm and 6 nos. M10 tapped holes at the hole center of 260mm to receive light fittings base plate having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one no. 50 mm dia GI pipe with check nuts as required with all accessories like SS bolts,check nuts etc. complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing box (450mm high) with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630X630X100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including excavation of existing Bituminous pavement /shoulder of the runway/taxiway, disposal of material outside operational area ,providing and fixing 300mm long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe for drainage of water including excavation of required area of bituminous side shoulder for installation of CI boxes and refilling. The boxes are alligned in such a way that the hole centres fall in straight line etc. complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing box (450mm high) with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630X630X100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including excavation of unpaved/soil area, disposal of material outside operational area ,providing and fixing 250mm long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe for drainage of water including excavation of required area for installation of CI boxes and refilling.

Installation of CI collar (200mm high) with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630X630X100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4 ,150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including excavation of existing Bituminous pavement /shoulder of the runway/taxiway, disposal of material outside operational area ,providing and fixing 500mm long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with checknut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling. The boxes are alligned in such a way that the hole centres fall in straight line etc. complete as required.

Cutting with machine in bituminous/cement concrete paved area of taxiway shoulder for laying cables/pipes of bore not exceeding 50 mm upto a maximum depth of 0.4 meter including filling back/sealing the cutting using cement concrete/bituminous compound as required but excluding pipe laying (pipe laying included in other item) stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside operational area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & laying of 'B' class (medium class) GI pipe of 50mm dia in existing trench/crossing providing necessary GI fittings, etc. as required

Supply of 10mm thick M.S. powder coated cover plate to cover the CI transformer housing box of 330mm dia outside dia having suitable holes to fastern the cover including M10 SS bolts etc. as required.

Supply of 100 Watt, 6.6A / 6.6A 5 KV grade 50 Hz series type isolating transformers, encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded with neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connections meeting ICAO requirement as per IS/IEC etc. complete as required. (Secondary lead should be suitable for plug in connection to the secondary lead of the fittings offered)

Supply of 1 x 6 sq.mm XLPE insulated & PVC/ PE sheathed stranded tinned copper conductor with semiconductor layer, screened, airfield lighting cable of 5KV grade conforming to IS 7098:1988 Part-II with all amendments upto date.

Supply of 2 x 6 sq.mm XLPE insulated & PVC/ PE sheathed stranded tinned copper conductor with semiconductor layer, airfield lighting cable of 5KV grade conforming to IS 7098:1988 Part-II with all amendments upto date.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930 (Part II) complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (80 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE flexible cable/AGL cable of 5 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sqmm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/GI/HDPE/DWC pipe etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE flexible cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sqmm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/GI/HDPE/DWC pipe etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE AGL cable of 5 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sqmm in the open duct complete as required.

Supply of 6 sq.mm size 5 KV grade dry type Plug and Receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, copper braided, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed shielded cable, complete as required confirming to the technical specification.

Supply of 2CX2.5sq.mm size 5 KV grade dry type Plug and Receptacle of type II, class 'B' secondary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for two core copper conductor, EPR insulated cable, complete as required confirming to the technical specification.

Making field connections by crimping of 6 sq.mm plug & receptable with suitable existing size single core cu. conductor cable of 5 KV grade Airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade EPR insulated PCP/TPE sheathed secondary lead airfield lighting cable of size 2 x 2.5 Sq.mm having multistranded tinned copper conductor and colour coded core for connecting between isolation transformer and Inset light fitting complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping 2 X 2.5 sq.mm. (two pin) plug and receptacle assembly with the existing 2X2.5 sqmm secondary lead cable including filling with gap with water sealent material applying water proof tape, over which PVC tape etc., one side of the secondary lead for connecting to isolation transformer and receptacle assembly on other side for connecting to light fitting as required

Supply & installation of indoor type air cooled thyrisor/IGBT controlled electronic type microprocessor based Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of 7.5 KW with tapping at 4 KW suitable to use an input supply voltage of 230/415 volt 50 Hz AC supply and maximum output current of 6.6 Amps with 5 step current variation for brilliency control, suitable for local and remote control operation with 24/48 volt DC control supply complete with meter to monitor output current, overcurrent, earth fault and open circuit protection, earth leakage meter, positive back indication etc. including interfacing with existing ALCMS , testing and commissioning of the CCRs including thorugh existing ALCMS, documentation etc. complete as required and as per AAI specifications.

Supply of 2CX 16 sq.mm size of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor under ground cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098:1988 Part-I with upto date amendments complete as required. (Make: As per AAI list of approved makes).

Supply of 6CX2.5sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper conductor underground power cable of 1.1 KV grade of confirming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with up to date amendments etc complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on cable tray as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of size 60 cm x 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm x 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required.
