Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., and removing the debries from the Dockyard premises all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete block masonary in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid block, exceeding 10cm in width setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 100mm bore (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete type) set in cement mortar including haunching and benching complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), in landing, cover slabes (for manhole) chajjas and similar articles including chamfers weathering, throating etc.,and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length and bent to shape required, including cranking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the blockage in the sewage lines/man holes etc., n exc 1.0 mtr deep including removing of debris, sludges, deposit etc., form the Dockyard premises including removing and refixing the cover slab complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for salt glazed stoneware gully traps (size 180X150) square or round mouthed type 'P' complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering /desludging of septic tanks,soakage wells etc., cleaning of all sludge, silt residue of both orgenic and inorgenic nature by manuallabour or by mechenical scrappers etc., and disposal off the same out side the Dockyard area all as directed and including dumping the material to any depth, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (in sunken floors) and in any position and removal of debris from Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete or brick surfaces in sunken portions mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed . [Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately]

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L applying evenly a coat or blown type bitumen @ 1.5 kg/Sqm and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cum/Sqm all as specified and directed

M&L polythene 5- micron thick laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg/Sqm all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floors all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete type 'B-0' 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed in CM 1:6 , 15mm thick all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over incl redering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe including taking out the existig unserviceable pedestal pan complete all as directed .

S&F in repairs 75 mm dia PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as directed .

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bend 75 mm bore pipe all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm dia PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as directed .
