Disconneting and taking down old damaged lead acid batteries from various sub-stations and supply & fix new maintenance free (VRLA) 2Volts, 200AH, batteries united/ fixed together with copper strips by series connection to make a battery bank of 110 V with initial charging and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Amara Raja/Exide Note : Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for providing necessary battery connection links and control wiring from charger to HT panels.

Dismantling taking out LT/HT cable from panel/transformer/floor of sub station for repair or for realingnment and refixing the cables with proper staking and proper alingnment and refixing the cables properly on repaired/existing rack/trench and making feeder wise bundle of cable using PVC cable tie for sizes of cable 3.0/3.5 core 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm 11000/1100 volt grade including required alumium thimbles all as specified and directed Note : Each cable shall be measured separately.

M&L for setting of 3 ph overcurrent + earth fault numerical relays by secondary injection of current to CTs with suitable equipment for overcurrent & earth fault with high set and low set including checking of all other parameters of relays for proper tripping order after disconection of incoming or out going HT XLPE cable connection from VCB CTs and reconnection of cable ends at existing terminals after completion of relay setting complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) Relay setting shall be made considering corresponding values of upstream and down stream VCB relays and recorded maximum demand of VCB. Any further adjustment of values as many times require shall be carried out within the quoted rate. (b) Recovery shall be made double the quoted rate if VCB fails to trip in indicated fault and if group tripping recorded)

Supply and applying Si-COAT 570 RTV Silicone High Voltage Insulator Coating solution using an Sprayer to the 11KV Indoor VCB panel Cable chamber, testing complete all as specified and directed. Make:- CSL Silicones Inc. Canada or Equivalent

Canada or Equivalent Note for item No. 42 & 43 : (a) Surface preparation: All insulation surfaces of the equipment to be coated shall be made free from dust, grease, oil and any other foreign material without damaging the surface. The surface of the equipment shall be made dry before application of the RTV coating. (b) All the required materials, tools & tackles, testing equipment, consumables etc. for application of HVIC coating shall be in bidders’ scope. (c) As per manufacturing insutructions minimum thickness of 500 microns shall be coated on overall inside panel body, busbars, expoxy items for achiving dilectric/insulation strength of 11KV supply

Supply & fixing 132KV, horizontal double break isolators "GRPS" make, 132 KV, triple pole, 31.5 KA centre post rotating horizontal double break type isolators suitable for upright mounting with manual operated mechanism for main switch and earth switch (i.e. mechanically gang operated) with all accessories required for normal operation of the isolator, but without support insulators, without supporting structure and without terminal connectors with following configuration (copper design) : - a) For 800 Amps with one earth switch. b) Support insulators for the above isolators. One stack consisting of 325 KV having a creepage distance of 4495 mm and cantilever strength of 6 KN as manufactured & tested (31mm/KV) (Per No.). c) Terminal connectors for the above isolators a set of 06 Nos. Rigid type bimetallic terminal connectors suitable for single ASR Zebra conductor.

M&L for cleaning of HT indoor cable kit at VCB end after opening VCB panel back side cable cover and bottom cable entry plate after disconneting all cable end from busbar/CT, taking out from VCB cable chamber, checking for serviceability, cleaning & decarbonising complete cable kit and aluminium cable lugs using CTC and refixing the same to original position, with new or old nuts, bolts & washers and making cable entry point totally sealed with putty complete all as specified and directed. Note: Required CTC, new nuts, bolts, washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate. Serviceable cable ends will only be measured.
