Dismantling cross-arms of M.S channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old insulator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size and make from LT over head line complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete (demolition of concree etc and excavation measured separtely)

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation of pole laying of cable etc in Hard and dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.56m above the starting point.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently all as specified and directed. Note : Depth after punning shall be measured and paid.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for padestal/coping around poles, including necessary form work, finshing even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole/stay/PCC of road cutting assembly etc including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class old 'B' burnt bricks laid as cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LT junction box for street light, FRP type with hanged type door and locking arrangement, off white colour, of size 300 x 200 x 105mm (internal) comprising of suitable size Aluminium busbar 3 rows with terminals 1 No bakelite base neutral link and 01 No earthing terminal bolt and nut and connecting up cables with aluminium terminal lugs all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying, XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, 6 Sqmm, 2 core, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, FRP insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade, multistranded, passing through PVC pipe, fixed on pole/wall from juction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note : Includng taking down old.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing, feeder piller board, compartment type, LT (415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3- phase-4 wire supply) plinth mounted factory made outdoor type, weather and vermin proof made out of angle iron frame and 3.15mm thick MS sheet CRCA sheet powder coated with front & back hinged opening rubber lining, locking arrangment, painted externally and internally with two coats of synthetic enamel gray paing (First Quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, grounting panel through angle iron 0.2 mtr in ground and 0.30 mtr over the ground inlcuding excavation & earth work in any type of soil and PCC complete comprising of the followings:- (a) Incoming Supply:- (i) Aluminium bus bar chamber 100 amps rating of 04 strip having suitable whole with nuts and botls (ii) MCCB,125 Amps, 04 pole 415 Volt - 01 No (iii) Digital type multifunctional meter showing A, V Hz etc with suitable CT ratio - 01 No (iv) Indicating lamp Neon type for R-Y-B- 3 Nos (b) Outgoing Supply :- (iii) MCCB 63 Amp, 04 pole, 415 Volts - 04 Nos (iv)MCB 40 Amp, 02 pole 230 Volts - 04 Nos

M&L, in repairs, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 25X4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point using earth strip of 32x6mm as earth lead all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions;-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing strip from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.

M&L painting to steel rubular poles LT of 8.5/9Mtr long incl fittings and fixtures complete, fixed to poles with a coat of alluminium paint incl scrapping of rusts and preparation of surfaces and writing letters and figures in white enamel of black Roman, Italic or Indian of 10 cm height including circular back ground with black enamel paint of two coats including white circular baroder over steel/RCC surfaces of electric poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Painting to RCC poles LT of 8.5/9Mtr upto hight 1.2 Mtr with dark yellow and black paint alternate 20 cm each hight like zebra patern long including fittings and fixtures complete including scrapping of rusts and preparation of surfaces and writing letters and figures in white enamel of balck Roman, Italic or Indian of 10 cm height including circular back ground with black enamel paint of two coats including white circular boarder over steel/RCC surfaces of electric poles etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, GI pipe, 40mm bore, light grade, laid below road/fixed along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, including taking down old etc complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, GI pipe 50mm bore, light grade, laid below road / fixed along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, including taking down old etc complete all as per specified and directed.
