I PART-A Maintenance Charges for Air Conditioner and Water Cooler of different capacity installed at NHPC Residential Complex, Sector-41, Faridabad as mentioned in scope of work including Maintenance charges for the following items which includes servicing, oiling, greasing, air filter cleaning, replacement of Compressor, replacement of Motor, electrical parts, electrical wiring, PCB circuit board, pressure leak testing including vaccumisation the system (including nitrogen cost), refrigerant /gas charging(inclusive of cost of refrigerant / Gas) pair of bushes, off/ on switch nobs, thermostat, replacement of refrigerant piping, cleaning using Colin & cotton rags and vacuum cleaner/ blower (cost of material inclusive), fan blade including material etc for keeping the equipment in healthy & working condition.

1.2 AMC of Air Conditioner- Split type without RC valve

a) 1.5 TR (33 AC/ month for 16 months)

b) 2.0 TR (56 AC/ month for 12 months)

1.3 AMC of Air Conditioner- Cassette type with RC valve

1.4 AMC of Water Cooler (8 for 24 months)

2.0 Part B- Replacement of component with new one (where ever applicable)
