Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/ manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravels, moorum, of all verities shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fissured, shattered, decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling wedging etc but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out of water, including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of the remaining excavated soil/rock as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for all lifts and lead upto 200m as specified and directed etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for : i)Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns

ii)Vertical surfaces such as retaing walls, return walls, Partitions, walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, Plinth and string courses, Fillets and the like

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a)All works upto plinth level
