DG SET-160kVA

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3phase 415V, 0.8pf 50Hz. DG set of the ratings 128KW/160 KVA, Water cooled Diesel generating set of prime duty comprising of diesel engine alternator, inbuilt fuel tank & Separate not less than 285ltr day tank(Within 3mtr Distance) with necessary fuel line pipe of 25mm MS pipe (heavy duty type) with necessary bends, clamps,supports and valves,painting as required, automatic starting system, battery, battery charger, electronic governor etc with all accessories required for synchronising the DG with another DG. The Generator set shall have a integral type acoustic enclosure as per latest CPCB norms. Diesel engine shall be suitable for continuous operation of generator set and satisfies with BHARAT STAGE-III/EURO-III specifications. Generator set inclusive of fly wheel, flexible coupling, air cleaner, corrossion resistor, fan with guard, fuel pump, fuel filter, electrical starting system( Remote starting) with starter, 24V battery with regulator, instrument panel, rpm indicator, residential silencer, complete with necessary control wiring compatible with SCADA, interconnections etc. including first filling of oil and diesel for commissioning of the DG set. Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer, which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation as per manufacturers' standards(scope of contractor). Exhaust pipe with suitable specifications with long radius bend from residential silencer with necessary clamps, fixtures, civil works and painted with heat resistant, rust proof, bituminous paint of approved colors to a maximum of 20 m in stages including suitable rain gaurd for top(Scope of contractor). Fixing shall be done with proper clamps, expansion bolts, support angle of size 40 X 40X 6 mm fixed on the wall/ inside the duct as instructed by the Engineer.

PANEL DISMANTLING

Dismantling of the existing STATCOM panel located at NILA-SS2A Substation including disconnection of power and control cables, removal of foundation bolts and other supports, moving the panel to the location specified by TP Engineer within a distance not more than 50 metres.

Supply and erection of vertical and horizontal type cable trays and cable supports fabricated out of MS angles (ISA) and MS flats with sufficient width and spacing between successive cross members and supported at adequate spacing. The cable trays and supports shall be painted with two coats of Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of enamel paint. (Size as specified by Technopark as per site conditions)

Supply and providing 2 mm thick sythetic type and 1 m wide electrical grade insulation mat to withstand 3.3 kV dielectric strength conforming to IS 15652 (2006).

Preparation of all drawings submitting and getting approval and Sanction for Energisation from Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate by a Licensed A Class Electrical Contractor for the electrification of proposed modules, load additions and modification works which include current and past additions in the existing Transformers, existing and newly added DG's , HT & LT panels in substations, submitting of Completion certificates and arranging inspection, getting sanction and energization certificate etc., providing and fixing neatly Laminated Electrical schemes and layout for Nila Substation. The statutory payments made to Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate(KSEI) will be reimbursed on production of original receipts or attested copies of original.
